The buyer
Know what your buyers want.
What do they want to get? How do they want to feel? What do they care about most? We find out first. Everything else depends on it.
You can have all the right parts and still be stuck. The parts have to work together. We line them up so your business can grow.

Most businesses are not missing a piece. Their pieces just don't work together. Here is what that looks like.
People click, but they are not the ones who want what you sell. You spend more. You don't sell more.
What you sell is good. But your website makes people work to understand it. They leave to think it over. Most don't come back.
Customers notice. You lose money on redone work, refunds and buyers who don't come back.
When all three line up, from the first ad to the last delivery, you get three results. Customers have a great time buying from you. Your results are easy to predict. And you keep more of every sale.

The offer
We shape what you sell, how you package it and how you price it around what your buyers care about. Then saying yes feels easy.
Your team, your delivery, your website, your ads and your brand all say the same thing. And they all keep the same promise.
A great customer experience
Results you can predict
More profit on every sale
We talk about where you are, where you want to go and what is in the way.
We learn what your buyers want to get and to feel. We learn what they care about. And we learn what would make you the easy choice.
We line up your offer, your buyers and your company. Then we make your website, ads and brand match.
We remove steps that slow buyers down or cost you money. Buying from you gets easier. So does delivering what you sold.
30 minutes.
Most sites take from 3 days to 3 weeks. It depends on how complex your site is, any rules your field has to follow, and how fast you approve things. You get up to 3 rounds of changes.
Phase 1 gives you a finished, working site. Phase 2 is optional, for firms that want us to keep improving it based on real results.
About 20 minutes of hands-on work.
I check in at 7 days and at 21 days.
We do any kind of web work. Each piece is chosen because the outcome needs it.
New sites, redesigns, and landing pages. Clear structure, honest copy, fast load times, and tracking that shows what visitors do.
Google and Meta campaigns with clear targeting, creative that matches the site, and reporting that shows what the spend is doing.
Logo, identity, and visual system, plus the guidelines that keep it consistent on the site, in ads, and in print.
The core message — who you serve, the problem you solve, and why you — written down and used everywhere.
No. Many projects start with one piece. The first talk shows which piece matters most right now.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. We can promise a clear goal, honest reporting, and work that's built to reach it.
Core packages start from $6,000 upfront plus a monthly fee from $250. Ads are priced separately. Your exact price comes in writing after the alignment call. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown →
Happy Avocado is founder-led by Charles Schaar.
No. We copy your domain settings and check every one by hand, email first. Your old site stays live the whole time. If anything is wrong, we can point back to it. The hands-on part takes about 20 minutes. The change can take a few hours to reach everyone, and up to a day or two. You pick how it happens: we walk you through it on Zoom, we do it for you, or your IT person does it with our step-by-step checklist while we're on hand to help.
We work hard so you don't. Your main pages get rebuilt. Older pages, like blog posts, move over as they are and keep their web addresses. If an address must change, we add a redirect so Google follows it. Foundation includes up to 15 pages rebuilt, plus up to 50 more moved over as they are. Growth includes up to 30 pages rebuilt, plus up to 100 moved over as they are. Full Alignment includes up to 45 pages rebuilt, plus up to 150 moved over as they are.
Next step
Start with a call. We will look at all three together. Then we will tell you honestly where they don't line up.
